At Relaxaa, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders that have not been shipped will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Products can be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
